The fourth of July weekend is packed with fun things you can do. Take a Florida Safari and enjoy a guided tour at Silver Springs State park and learn about how the natural resources are cared for. You may even see white-tailed deer, Gopher Tortoise, Sherman’s Fox squirrel, and wild turkey! Along the tram you will be able to take a walk along the swamp trail as a park ranger leads you down the boardwalk to the Silver River. That night celebrate our gorgeous country while listening to the Ocala Symphony Orchestra to salute our troops and enjoy some of the most recognizable and beloved songs of our nation. The 2015 concert was sold out and we encourage guests to purchase their tickets in advance.
