Enjoy a Staycation in Salt Lake City with Loveland Living Planet Aquarium & Giveaway!

It is getting warmer in Utah and if you’re like me you are getting a dose of SPRING FEVER! The tricky thing about Utah is you never know what kind of whether you’ll be getting for Easter or Spring Break. Planning a Staycation is an awesome way to go and if you are staying in the Salt Lake City area you’ll want to check out the Loveland Living Planet Aquarium. My children absolutely adore going as there is always something new and beautiful to see as it is ever changing. The biggest bonus is that it is indoors, so come rain or shine you are bound to have a wonderful time.

Family Night Discounts:

If you live nearby, you will absolutely want to stop by for the Monday Family Night special between 4-8 pm, all tickets are $5 off! Regular ticket prices are $14.95 for a child and $19.95 for an adult so this is a HUGE discount.

New Educational Presentations:

There are new presentations being added and run through out the day every day where you can learn about the different animals, their ecosystyems, and even be part of your favorite animal’s feeding time. You can check out the full schedule HERE for more details and information.

Scout Nights & Birthday Parties:

I am a local scout leader and was thrilled to find out that the Living Planet Aquarium offers $5 admission for scouts and their leaders dressed in uniform on special nights in the Spring. Make sure to check the website to verify dates.

If you are interested in hosting a birthday party you can find all of the details here. Packages come in 20 or up to 40 guests!

If you are looking for a place to see close by you can stay at the new Homewood Suites by Hilton that have just opened in Draper which is right next door to the aquarium. If you book your stay early you can save up to 15% on your stay! Each suite is equipped with a full kitchen and amenities that will make your stay more comfortable and you can even bring food from home to save money.
