Delicious homemade stir fry sauce

 

½ cup low sodium soy sauce
½ cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon corn starch
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon sesame seed oil
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon finely minced fresh ginger
1 teaspoon minced garlic clove

 

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a small bowl and whisk together. Can be saved in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
