15 favorite advent calendars

Christmas is such a magical and fun time of year. I love using an advent calendar to count down the days to make it more exciting and fun. I am looking for a new one this year so here is a list of my favorites. Click on the link above each photo to find out more about each one.

Melissa and Doug wooden tree advent calendar – this one is sweet and simple, it uses magnets shaped like ornaments to count down the days

Star wars LEGO advent calendar building kit – this one is perfect for the Star Wars or Lego lover! Every day you open a door to reveal a new Star Wars themed gift.

Unfinished wooden tree with 24 removable box drawers – this one is great for the crafty person who wants to customize their own calendar. The picture of the finished product on this one is super cute!

Santa house advent calendar – sweet and traditional. The reviews are low on this one because people are complaining it didn’t come with ornaments, but it says it doesn’t come with ornaments? I’m wondering if they updated that later.

15 inch wooden house – this is a smaller advent calendar. This would be perfect to add little pieces of paper with random acts of kindness to do or different Christmas activities to do as a family each day.

Stocking advent countdown – I love this idea!

Fabric tree calendar – this one is 4 feet tall and is made out of fabric with pockets.
