Hello! Hello! I feel like it has been forever since I have been able to sit down and write a post just for fun. I am so excited to share with you this fox nursery that I created for Jensen. It is hard to believe, but this little darling is three months old!
It should come as no surprise that my days have been filled with kissing these soft, chubby cheeks and soaking up as much baby snuggles as humanly possible. I just cannot get enough of him and my heart aches to think that this is my last baby. We are not 100% sure, but when I am with all four of my tiny humans I am pretty convinced that 4 is my tap out number. This summer has flown by, but we have been doing our best to enjoy every moment with this tiny little soul.
With much of our time being consumed by finishing our basement I didn’t have a lot of time to put into changing up the nursery. I am extremely fortunate to have a brilliantly talented mother who quilted this fox blanket for me using Riley Blake fabric. Could you just die over the cuteness of these little foxes?
I was thrilled to partner with them on this project because I was able to bring my vision to life of what this blanket could become. My mom is the genius that is able to do the measurements and piece it all together. That part of quilting just blows my mind.
We picked out arrows, campground, polka-dots, tic-tac-toe, and dreamy blends of navy blue and white to bring it all together. Eventually we will use this blanket to snuggle with, but for now it is the perfect edition for the wall!
What a fun surprise it was when I found this fox mobile from Hello Birdie Birdie! It was the perfect fit for our fox nursery. Jensen thinks its pretty neat too.
We think it is pretty dreamy.
I hope you enjoyed this peek around. We are trying to soak up every newborn moment that we can, but i must admit it’s been nice to get longer stretches of sleep!
Stay tuned! I will be sharing tips about transitioning your baby into their own bedroom soon! I must admit I’ve been avoiding it a little bit because Jett doesn’t crawl out of the crib and it is so nice to just keep him sleeping in there!
