Slow Cooker Peanut Clusters

These little peanut clusters are the perfect little treat to give to neighbors during the holidays. This recipe make A LOT of clusters and I’m not joking. You will have plenty to share. I was a little nervous how the chocolate to peanut ratio would turn out, but I thought it was perfect. If you want to add more peanuts to yours that would be perfectly fine. Now let’s all go give our Crock Pots a big hug because is there anything they can’t do!?

Slow Cooker Peanut Clusters

1 (16 ounce) jar unsalted peanuts

1 (16 ounce) jar salted peanuts

1 (11.5 ounce) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 (11.5 ounce) bag milk chocolate chips

1 (10 ounce) bag peanut butter chips

2 (1 pound) packages of white almond bark

 

Directions:

1. Add the peanuts to the bottom of a large (4-6 quart) slow cooker, top with white almond bark and then all of the chocolate chips. Cover with lid and cook on low for 2 hours. Remove lid and stir to combine. If your chocolate needs more melting time cover and cook for 15 more minutes. Be careful not to over cook or the chocolate will burn. Then drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax paper and let cool for an hour.
