This year has been such a struggle to lose weight…consistently! I’ve lost a few lbs here and there, gained a couple back, lost them again…ugh! I’m tired already.
If this is your first time reading something by me, here’s a little about me; I am an army wife, a mama to one spunky little 4 year old, and two crazy little 1 year old twins! I’m very involved in my community, church and oh yeah, this whole blog thingy…so I’m B.U.S.Y! I also have insulin resistance and PCOS (poly cystic ovarian syndrome) which makes weight loss near impossible for me. However, as much as I wish I could blame my weight on all of these things, I just can’t. After going through a few months of literally no sleep and frankly, just living in survival mode, I really learned some bad habits. Drive-through became my best friend, along with inactivity. I’ve lost weight in the past, and just thought I could find the motivation again, but haven’t. I want to go to the gym, but most places have a limit on how many babies they can take at a time, and usually waiting around for one of those slots, let along TWO is frustrating, so then I don’t bother.
