Preparing for a natural birth can be daunting, even when you have delivered naturally successfully before. It can be unsettling mostly because every baby is different, every mother is different, and every birth brings it’s own tale; one that remains with you as a mother forever. You may forget what you were wearing, your favorite […]

Camille Walker - Right!? It is one of those “seared into your brain” kind of moments. Good thing the pain is so easily forgotten! 🙂ReplyCancel

Jensyn - THANK YOU for sharing your beautiful experience! you’re so right about how you never forget a birth or your own baby. I was reliving my own as I was reading yours. It is very comforting, knowing that there are women who can give birth naturally- for the most part pain free! I was not prepared to do a natural birth for my first baby – we’ll see about the future 😉

but I wanted to say biggest CONGRATULATIONS on Jensen, what a cutie. what a blessing to have a sweet new spirit in the home 🙂

Camille Walker - You are so sweet! I am so glad you felt that way after reading my post because I want that message out there that it doesn’t have to be terrifying and scary! I am glad I was able to experience birth in different ways and build up to this approach. It made it possible to understand my pain tolerance, the way my body reacts to labor, and that I kind of knew what to expect.

If you do ever consider it and have any questions I would be happy to answer them!ReplyCancel

Carolyn - I can’t IMAGINE a virtually pain-free birth! I think I got this information six kids too late. This is awesome.ReplyCancel

Beverly - Loved reading this! It’s true how natural birth is still daunting even after you’ve done it before! I’m pregnant with our second baby and sometimes I lie awake at night just thinking about labor and how much it hurt. My husband and I took Bradley classes to prepare for “game day” and everything went well! But yeah, the pain is crazy! I’m contemplating on wether or not I should try hypnobirthing this time around. This video, especially the clips of you in labor, may have been my push to research more! Incredible 🙂ReplyCancel

Camille Walker - I cannot tell you how much of a difference it made when I prepped this way! I wish you all the best with your birthing day, there really is nothing in the world like it. And thank you for reading and sharing your support!ReplyCancel

Anyone else feel like mealtimes are losing battles at your house? Some days it requires all the patience I have, leaving what feels like none for the rest of the day. My one-year- old thinks it’s fun to throw food on the ground and he literally gags to the point of throwing up if he […]
