1. Tool Kit – From hammer and nails to different kinds of screw drivers, you will be needing a full fledged tool kit to not only fix things around the house, but to hang decorations as well.

2. Long Extension Cord – This will come in handy in a variety of ways from home improvement projects, to yard work, to hanging Christmas lights.

3. Fire Extinguisher – Safety first! You have a lot more to lose now should a fire break out.
